Media Access Help

If you cannot import a video, record a voiceover, capture a clip, or save an export, check whether camera, microphone, and photo library permissions have been granted for Elric in your device settings.

Audio and Video Workflows

Elric supports selecting a video, trimming a clip, recording a voiceover, attaching an audio file, extracting audio from a selected segment, and exporting a reviewed result. If a file does not play or import correctly, confirm that it is a supported local media file.

Purchases

Coin packs are handled through in-app purchase. If a purchase does not complete as expected, please confirm your Apple payment setup and include the product you tried to buy when contacting support.
